- You need 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
Langkah Memasak Khichri
- Wash and soak dal and rice separately.
- In a cooker add ghee, tempering then ginger garlic paste fry a bit then add onions and fry till translucent, then add vegetables fry them for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and salt cook till tomatoes get soft, then add mentioned powdered masala cook till oil releases.
- Add dal roast it then add rice roast it for a while then add water let it boil then cover the lid and cook in low flame till 3 whistle...
- Serve hot with ghee and pickle..
