Onion sabji with gathiya Pyaz mirch gathiya sabji is one of the very delicious Indian gujarati curry recipe which is very easy to make as well as quick too. This gram flour snack is cooked with fresh Indian spices and the delectable temptation is tempered with onion, ginger, garlic, chillies, cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add cumin seeds, let it splutter then add onions of spring onions with green chillies.

Bahan Membuat Onion sabji with gathiya

  1. You need 2 of big size onions.
  2. Prepare 1 bowl of gathiya.
  3. It's 2-3 tsp of green chilli and Ginger paste.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  5. You need 1 tsp of Haldi/Turmeric powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  7. You need To taste of Salt.
  8. It's 1/2 cup of water.

Langkah Memasak Onion sabji with gathiya

  1. First chope onions in small piece and take kadai and put 2- tbs oil whene oil is hot add some cuminseeds and 2- tbs green chilli and ginger paste and onion.
  2. Than cook them for 10 minutes or till onion be soft than add red chilli powder as per your test, haldi powder, garam masala and salt as per test and 1/2 cup water because gathiya observe water than add gthiya and cook for 2-3 minutes now sabji is ready you can serve it with chapati, naan, and bread also.
