Bahan Membuat Panchratan Khichdi
- It's 1 cup of Basmati rice.
- You need 2 tbsp of green moong daal.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of yellow moongdal.
- You need 2 tbsp of tuar dal.
- It's 2 tbsp of garam daal.
- It's 2 tbsp of masoor daal.
- Prepare 1 of carrot.
- You need 7-8 of beans.
- You need 3 of cauliflower florets.
- Prepare Handful of green peas.
- It's 1 of capsicum.
- Prepare Handful of mint leaves.
- Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 7-8 of kaju / cashew nuts.
- Prepare 2 of redchilli.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's To taste of salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 2 of bayleaf.
- Prepare 4 of clove.
- Prepare 7-8 of blackpepper.
- It's 1 of cinnamon.
- It's 1 tsp of sahi jeera / caraway seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of cuminseeds.
Langkah Memasak Panchratan Khichdi
- All ingredients..
- Wash & soak the rice,as well as all daal..
- Heat a pressure cooker add ghee,add all spices garam masala,sahijeera,cuminseeds,dry redchilli,bayleaf crackle for a minutes.Add chopped onion stir for 1 minute..
- Add ginger garlic paste cook nicely.Then add all soaked panchratan daal cook 1 minute.Then add all vaggies cook for 1 minute..
- Add salt,turmeric,& red chilli powder mix it well.Now add soak basmati rice stir 1 minutes,add double of the water as rice.Add mint leaves & cover the lid.Cook2 whistles..
- Panchratan dal khichdi is ready,serve with salad &beetroot pachedi..
