Panchratan Khichdi Panchratan dal is an exotic amalgam of five lentils that are cooked in a delicately spiced onion-tomato base to a creamy consistency. Bahan Membuat Panchratan Khichdi

  1. It's 1 cup of Basmati rice.
  2. You need 2 tbsp of green moong daal.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of yellow moongdal.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of tuar dal.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of garam daal.
  6. It's 2 tbsp of masoor daal.
  7. Prepare 1 of carrot.
  8. You need 7-8 of beans.
  9. You need 3 of cauliflower florets.
  10. Prepare Handful of green peas.
  11. It's 1 of capsicum.
  12. Prepare Handful of mint leaves.
  13. Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
  14. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  15. You need 7-8 of kaju / cashew nuts.
  16. Prepare 2 of redchilli.
  17. You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
  18. It's To taste of salt.
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.
  20. Prepare 2 of bayleaf.
  21. Prepare 4 of clove.
  22. Prepare 7-8 of blackpepper.
  23. It's 1 of cinnamon.
  24. It's 1 tsp of sahi jeera / caraway seeds.
  25. You need 1 tsp of cuminseeds.

Langkah Memasak Panchratan Khichdi

  1. All ingredients..
  2. Wash & soak the rice,as well as all daal..
  3. Heat a pressure cooker add ghee,add all spices garam masala,sahijeera,cuminseeds,dry redchilli,bayleaf crackle for a minutes.Add chopped onion stir for 1 minute..
  4. Add ginger garlic paste cook nicely.Then add all soaked panchratan daal cook 1 minute.Then add all vaggies cook for 1 minute..
  5. Add salt,turmeric,& red chilli powder mix it well.Now add soak basmati rice stir 1 minutes,add double of the water as rice.Add mint leaves & cover the lid.Cook2 whistles..
  6. Panchratan dal khichdi is ready,serve with salad &beetroot pachedi..
