- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 of medium size chopped onion.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 of medium size tomato.
- You need 1 tbsp or adjust as per taste of salt.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped coriander.

- Take rice,masoor dal,yellow moongh dal wash it nicely and take sprouts wash it and boil until cooked soft some sprouts cannot be used directly it take time to cooked so best option to boil it before to make cooking easy..
- Take a pan add oil and when oil is heat enough add chopped onion, green chilli,when onions are soft add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes.Next add tomatoes with the spices and mix well and cook till tomatoes get soft.
