Bahan Membuat Navratan Bhog Khichri

  1. It's 125 gm of arwa rice.
  2. Prepare 100 gm of Chana dal + Masoor Dal.
  3. It's of Chopped Ginger.
  4. You need 3 of Chhoti elaichi.
  5. It's 2 of Badi elaichi.
  6. It's 4 of Laung.
  7. It's 1 piece of Dalchini.
  8. Prepare 2 of Tej patta.
  9. Prepare of Jaytri.
  10. It's 2 of Potato.
  11. It's 1 of Carrot.
  12. You need 1 of Radish.
  13. Prepare of Cauliflower 1 small.
  14. It's of Palak.
  15. Prepare of Cabbage.
  16. You need of Green matar.
  17. You need 4 of French bean.
  18. You need 1 of Tomato.
  19. It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric.
  20. It's 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  21. It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
  22. You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  23. Prepare 1 tsp of Kashmiri mirch.
  24. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  25. It's 50 gm of Ghee.
  26. It's of Salt.

Langkah Memasak Navratan Bhog Khichri

  1. Cut all vegetables in small pieces.
  2. Put dal in a pressure cooker with water, 1 pinch turmeric and close cover. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame..
  3. Wash rice nicely. Heat ghee in a karahi. Add tej patta, elaichi, Laung etc. After 1 minute add rice in Karachi and fry for 4-5 minutes..
  4. Now fry potato, carrots, French Bean, cauliflower..
  5. Take a vessel. Heat on gas and put cooked Dal with water in it. Add fried rice and all masala. Add tomatoes, palak, cabbage and salt. Keep flame of gas on medium..
  6. Stir continuously. After 10 minutes add fried potatoes, carrots, radish, cauliflower and teen matar..
  7. After approx 10-15 minutes it will be fully cooked. Navratan Bhog Khichri is ready..
  8. Serve with Green Coriander chutney and sweet tomatoes chutney..

Meal is eaten after performing evening Pooja and after keeping Bhog or Naivedyam for MataRani or Goddess and meal is eaten as prasad (naivedyam). Bhoger Khichuri is Pure Veg Moong Dal Khichdi.
