Bahan Membuat Oats and daliya Mix Veg Khichdi
- Prepare 1 cup of Daliya(Broken wheat).
- It's 1/2 cup of Oats.
- You need 1/4 cup of Moong Dal.
- It's 1/4 cup of Tuar Dal.
- It's 1/4 cup of Masoor Dal.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Chopped Spnich.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Chopped Tomato.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Chopped Onion.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Chopped Beans.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Chopped Bottle Guard.
- You need 1/4 cup of Grated Carrot.
- You need 6-7 of Garlic pods.
- You need 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 1-2 of Dried red chilli.
- You need 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Cumin Powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger Powder.
- It's To taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of oil.
- It's As required of Water.
Langkah Memasak Oats and daliya Mix Veg Khichdi
- Take all dal and mix in a bowl, and wash it..
- Take daliya, oats,and mix with dals.
- Now heat oil, and add cumin seed, red chilli..
- Now add crushed garlic..
- As garlic become golden brown, add chopped onion..
- Cook onion till golden brown, then add, chopped beans and bottle gourd, and cook 2 mins..
- Now add carrot, and spinach.
- Cook it for 1 min and add tomato..
- Cook 1 min, then add all spices and salt as per taste..
- Mix well and cook 2 mins add some water..
- Now add, dal- daliya mix. Mix it well.
- Add water, and cook up to 2-3 whisle..
- Khichdi is ready..
