  4. It's 1 tbsp of Chopped Ginger & Garlic.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Salt.
  6. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of Green Chilli.
  8. It's 1 Piece of Chopped Tomatoes.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of Clarified Butter (Ghee).
  10. It's 1 tbsp of Cumin Seeds.
  11. Prepare 1 tsp of Degi Mirch / Red Chilli Powder.
  12. You need 2 tbsp of Chopped Onion.

Langkah Memasak Palak (spinach) khichdi recipe

  1. In a pressure cooker add cumin seeds and let them temper then add 1 tbsp of clarified butter. Add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli into it..
  2. In the cooker add chopped onion and tomatoes.
  3. Add soaked rice and lentils into it..
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder..
  5. Sir fry them for sometime..
  6. Add boiled and grind spinach into it..
  7. Mix them well and add 1 cup of water and pressure cook them for 10 minutes or with 3 whistle..
  8. Serve it with chokha, chutney, curd and papad..
