Bahan Membuat Nutritious Coconut khichdi
- You need 1/2 cup of Rice.
- It's 1/2 cup of bajra.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of moong Dal.
- You need 1/2 cup of masoor Dal.
- Prepare 1 cup of shredded Coconut.
- You need 1 of chopped Onion.
- It's 2 of chopped Tomato.
- It's 1 cup of chopped vegetables (carrot,beans,peas).
- It's of as required Water.
- It's 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 2 tbsp of Mustard Seeds.
- It's 1 of tspn Haldi powder.
- Prepare 1 inch of Cinnamon stick.
- It's 4-5 of black Peppercorns.
- Prepare 2-3 of dried red chillies.
- You need 4 tbsp of Tamarind pulp.
- You need to taste of Salt acc.
- You need 3 of tblspn Ghee.
- Prepare leaves of few chopped Curry.
Langkah Memasak Nutritious Coconut khichdi
- Take a pressure cooker and put rice, bajra, moong dal, masoor dal, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped vegetables (carrot, beans, peas), salt acc to taste and haldi powder..
- Add 1 glass of water..
- Now pressure cook it for 2-3 whistles..
- In the meanwhile, we make masala paste..
- Take a pan and start roasting peppercorns, cinnamon stick, dry red chillies, cumin seeds and in the end Shredded Coconut..
- Stir it continously for 2-3 mins. Now off the flame..
- When it cools down then put in the mixing jar to make a fine paste by adding little water and tamarind pulp. The paste should be smooth..
- Now take a kadhai by adding ghee in it..
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves,.
- Now add masala paste and 1 or 2 cups of water..
- Mix it and see the consistency of water..
- Now add cooked rice dal mixture in it..
- Mix it well so that it is combined to each other properly..
- If it is thick then add more water..
- Now cover it with the lid for few mins..
- Serve it with chutney, papad or yogurt..
