Bahan Membuat Vegtable Oxtail Stew

1. You need 3 lb of oxtails.
2. You need 2 packages of frozen mixed vegtables.
3. Prepare 1 can of tomato paste.
4. Prepare 1/3 of chopped onion.
5. You need 1/2 of chopped green bell pepper.
6. Prepare 5 cup of water.
7. Prepare 1 of seasoning salt.
8. Prepare 1 dash of garlic salt.
9. Prepare 1 dash of Salt& pepper.
10. It's 1 pinch of sugar.

Langkah Memasak Vegtable Oxtail Stew

1. wash oxtails.
2. chop Bell pepper& onion up small.
3. add oxtails to pot & pour water over ,#make sure water covers oxtails.
4. boil until tender.
5. add ALLveggies, Spices& Tomato paste.
6. stir all together.
7. Let Simmer for about 20 mins.
8. Enjoy.
