Bahan Membuat Chapli Kabab with Gathiya Chutney

  2. You need 1/2 kg of Beef mince.
  3. You need 4 of eggs.
  4. It's 4 of tomatoes.
  5. Prepare 2 of onion.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of cumin seeds (roasted and griend).
  7. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Coriander seeds (roasted and griend).
  8. You need 1 tbsp of leveld salt.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of crushed red chilli.
  10. Prepare 4 tbsp of Makai ka aata.
  11. You need 1 1/2 tbsp of pomegrenet seeds dried (greinded).
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of whole spices powder.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  14. Prepare 1/2 cup of green Coriander chopped.
  15. Prepare 4 of green chillies chopped.
  16. It's 2 tbsp of ghee or butter cubes.
  17. You need of oil for shellow frying.
  18. It's of For Gathiya Chutney.
  19. You need 1/2 of cup.
  20. It's of Gathiya (big sew).
  21. It's 1/4 cup of water.
  22. It's 4 of green chillies.
  23. It's 1/4 cup of green Coriander.
  24. Prepare 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
  25. It's 1/4 tsp of salt.

Langkah Memasak Chapli Kabab with Gathiya Chutney

  1. Cut tmatoes and discart the seeds cut them in tiny cubes.
  2. Cut onion in tiny cubes like omelete onion.
  3. Beat 3 eggs and fry them in little quantity of oil after fring cut it in cubes.
  4. Put mince in a chopper with salt,red chiili crushed and powder,cumin griended,corinder seeds grinded,pomegranet seed grinded,whole spices powder and butter or ghee. choprised them very well.
  5. Take out mince in a bowl and mix 1 egg, fried egg cubes makai ka aata and all vegeis.
  6. Make balls and press them between your palms to make disc like shape about 1/2 inch thick.
  7. Heat oil in fring pan and shellow fry them all from both sides wheh these turns light brown,put them in a paper.
  8. Serve these kabab with gathiya chutney or as you like any sauce or katchup.
  9. For chutney soak gathiya in water and then put in blender wiht it's all ingredients and blend well use more water if needed. serve with chapli kabab.
