Bahan Membuat Handmade Gathiya

  1. Prepare 1 cup of besan.
  2. It's 2 tsp of rice flour.
  3. Prepare to taste of Salt according.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of ajwain.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  6. You need of Little hing.
  7. It's 3 tsp of hot oil.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of baking soda.
  9. It's 1/2 tsp of amchur powder.
  10. Prepare of Water as required.
  11. Prepare of Oil for frying.

Langkah Memasak Handmade Gathiya

  1. Mix the all ingredients nicely.
  2. Make a dough with little warm water.
  3. Keep it rest for 10minutes.
  4. Now take a medium portion from the dough.
  5. Now roll it with your palm...
  6. Not very thin...
  7. Now heat the pan and add oil.
  8. Fry the gathiya..in low flame.
  9. When it becomes little brown both side switch of the flame.
  10. It's ready.
