Bahan Membuat Garlic Gathiya

  1. Prepare 200 gm of Besan or Gram flour.
  2. It's 1 bunch of green garlic leaves.
  3. It's 1/4 spoon of asafoitida.
  4. You need 1 spoon of Carom seeds.
  5. You need 3-4 of green chillis.
  6. Prepare 1/2 spoon of sodium bicarbonate.
  7. It's 3-4 Spoon of hot oil.
  8. Prepare 1/2 spoon of Papad khar.
  9. It's To taste of Salt.
  10. You need as needed of Extra oil for fry.

Langkah Memasak Garlic Gathiya

  1. Firstly cut the garlic leaves and grind it with green chillis.
  2. In a bowl take besan, salt garlic paste, Carom seeds asafoitida oil and mix well.
  3. Now add Papad khar and 1/2 spoon sodium bicarbonate.
  4. Mix well and make a smooth dough.
  5. In a pan heat oil and make ganthiyab by making machine in derect oil, keep Flame sim.
  6. Fry it till it became golden green now remove it on a paper for soaking extra oil.
  7. Now ready to serve with evening tea time..u can store these ganthiya for 15 days.
