Bahan Membuat Tikha Gathiya

  1. Prepare 2 Cups of Chana Flour.
  2. You need 1 tsp of Salt.
  3. It's 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  4. You need of Oil for frying.
  5. You need of Water as required.

Langkah Memasak Tikha Gathiya

  1. Take the Chana Flour and add 1 1/2 tbsp Oil,1 tsp Salt and Red Chilli Powder and mix everything..
  2. Put little water and make a dough which isn't soft.
  3. Now add little by little water and knead a dough..
  4. In a frying Pan tsp Oil..
  5. Once it is medium hot take a Jaro for Tikha Gathiya and take a small part of the dough and press it over the oil and fry on medium hot oil till crispy..
  6. Or you may use a sev/Gathiya machine aswell..
  7. Finish all the dough and now your Tikha Gathiya is ready..
