  8. Prepare 250 grams of corn kernels.
  9. Prepare 100 grams of cabbage.
  10. You need 3 of tomatoes.
  11. It's 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
  12. It's 2-3 of red chillies.
  13. You need 8-10 of black pepper.
  14. You need 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
  15. You need 5-7 of cloves.
  16. You need 1 piece of cinnamon.
  17. You need 1 of cardamom.
  18. You need 1-2 of bay leaves.
  19. Prepare 1 tablespoon of garam masala.
  20. You need 1 tablespoon of red chilli powder.
  21. Prepare 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder.
  22. It's to taste of Salt according.
  23. It's For of layering-.
  24. Prepare 100 grams of gathiya.
  25. You need 2-3 tablespoon of chiwda masala.
  26. It's Few of chopped coriander leaves.
  27. It's Few of chopped mint leaves.

Langkah Memasak Corn biryani

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and black pepper and cook for 2 mins. Now add chopped onion and cook for 2 to 3 minits..
  2. Now add washed rice and mix it. Fry it for 2 to 3 minutes..
  3. Now add heat water to it. And let it cooked until it cook 80 %..
  4. Now add salt and mint leaves to it. And cook it by covering for 5 miniuts. Rice is ready. Keep aside..
  5. Now in another pan heat oil and add all whole spices and cook it for 2 minutes. Now add chopped chilli and garlic and gain fry for 2.miniutes..
  6. Now add chopped cabbage and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes..
  7. Now add all spices cook it for 3 to 4 minutes. Then add tomato, salt and corn again cook for 3 to 4 minutes..
  8. Now add 1 cup of water and cook it untuk 3 whistle. Let it cool and open the lid.Curry is cooked..
  9. Now proceed for layering. For laying divide the rice into 3 parts. Put one part in a bottom if a pan. Add sprinkle some chiwada powder and few gathiya and coriander and mint leaves on it. Now add some form of curry on it. Repeat the same step for another laying..
  10. One layering is done cook the biryani for 5 to minutes on low flame again by covering. Corn biryani is ready..
