Bahan Membuat Matri and Kesar Tea

  1. You need 1/2 cup of all-purpose Flour/ Maida.
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup of atta(wheat flour).
  3. It's 1 Tbsp of besan(gram flour).
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of ajwain/carom seeds.
  5. Prepare 1/2 Tbsp of ghee.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare as needed of Chilled water to make the dough.
  8. You need As needed of Oil to fry.

  10. Prepare 1 cup of water.
  11. Prepare 1 Tbsp of tea leaves.
  12. It's 1 tsp of milk.
  13. You need 2-3 of Kesar/safforn strings.

Langkah Memasak Matri and Kesar Tea

  1. For the Matri - in a bowl add Maida, Ata, Besan, Ajwain, Ghee, salt and mix well.
  2. Add chilled water and make a tight dough. Cover with a cloth for 20 mins.
  3. Roll with a rolling pin and cut the sides with a knife. Make a square..
  4. Make insertions diagonally and roll carefully so as not to break. Cut the edges.
  5. In a wok heat oil and on medium-low flame carefully add the matris to fry. Don’t flip the sides often as it might break. Fry until golden in colour and set aside.
  6. Heat water and add tea leaves. Switch off the flame. Add milk and pour into cup. Add Kesar and plate.
  7. To plate add the Tea in the centre and garnish with cardamoms and place the matris. Enjoy hot.
