- You need 1 cup of maida.
- It's 1/2 of wheat flour.
- It's 1/4 cup of soji.

- It's 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's as per taste of Salt as per taste.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of til(sesame).
- It's 2 tbsp of Kasuri methi.

- Mix all dry ingredients add oil and rub well,then add water and knead to a firm dough,make a big roti and cut small puris with a cutter or bottle cap..
