Bahan Membuat Bow Matri

1. You need 1 cup of maida/all purpose flour.
2. It's 1/2 tsp of ajwain/ carom.
3. Prepare pinch of salt.
4. It's 1/2 tsp of oil.
5. Prepare as needed of oil for frying.
6. Prepare as needed of water.

Langkah Memasak Bow Matri

1. Take a bow add maida,oil,ajwain,salt and water as required. make a soft dough. Test of 15-30 minutes.
2. Now roll like big chapati on rolling pin and cut in square shape and pinch it in middle and give shape like a Bow..
3. Take a kadhai add some oil for frying after gets heat add one by one bow papdi and fry till gets brown in colour..
