  1. Prepare of Exe mandazi flour.
  2. Prepare of Margarine.
  3. Prepare 3 of eggs.
  4. Prepare of Yoghurt.
  5. It's of Sugar.
  6. You need 3 tbsp of Lemon juice.
  7. It's of Lemon rind.

Langkah Memasak Lemon infused mandazi

  1. Pour the flour in a bowl together with margarine and rub in the margarine and flour till it looks like fine breadcrumbs..
  2. Add the sugar,lemon rind and continue rubbing in..
  3. Make a well at the centre and add beaten egg, lemon juice and youghurt..
  4. Mix till it comes together and it's not sticky. Let it rest for an hour..
  5. Section the dough and roll it out. Cut into desired shapes and deep fry till golden brown..
  6. Serve with your favorite beverage. They are supa soft and yummy..
