Bahan Membuat Rose wheat momos

  1. You need of Dough.
  2. It's of wheat flour.
  3. It's of oil.
  4. It's of Salt.
  5. You need of Water to knead the dough.
  6. It's of Stuffing.
  7. You need of carrot.
  8. It's of cabbage.
  9. You need of small onion.
  10. It's of small capsicum.
  11. It's of cheese.
  12. Prepare of green chilli.
  13. You need of oil.
  14. It's of Salt.
  15. You need of Tomato ketchup.
  16. It's of Soya sauce.
  17. You need of Sauce.
  18. It's of Red chillies.
  19. Prepare of tomatoes.
  20. Prepare of garlic cloves.
  21. You need of ginger.
  22. You need of Salt.
  23. You need of Soya sauce.

Langkah Memasak Rose wheat momos

  1. Take a big parat, add wheat flour into it and add salt and oil into it..and knead the soft dough with as much water required. and keep it aside for 20 minutes..
  2. Now prepare a mixture, take a wok add oil into it and add onion into it and cook for two minutes and add grated carrot and capsicum and grates cabbage into it.and add spices soya sauce, ketchup and salt...
  3. Now cook it for 2-3 minutes untill it's done and add grated cheese into it..mix all the ingredients well and switch off the flame..
  4. Now for the shape..knead the dough again..take a small portion and roll it into a thin chappati as you can...
  5. Now take a glass and cut circular shapes from thin chappati.
  6. Take three cut pieces and place them in single row one over another.
  7. Now keep the stuffing over it and flip over each piece as shown.
  8. Now start rolling from one side and go upto end..we get the shape of rose.
  9. Separate the petals and now take a pan boil water in it and now place a greased chalni over it and steam these momos for ten minutes..by covering it with plate...
  10. Now for chutney take a pan add water and add red chillies into it and chopped tomatoes..cook it untill it becomes soft.
  11. Now strain this in a strainer and remove the skin of tomato.
  12. Now take same pan, add oil and them ginger garlic chopped into it and cook for a minute and then add strained ot boiled tomatoes into it by mashing add salt and soya sauce in it.
  13. Cook for one or two minutes..after two minutes..let it cool down and then blend it in a blender...
  14. Now after 10 minutes momos are ready to serve.
