  5. Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
  6. You need 1 cup of milk-water mixture.

  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Add sugar, cardamom, oil, salt and mix.
  3. Slowly add the milk-water mixture as you knead.
  4. Transfer to a floured surface and continue kneading until the dough is no longer sticky.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
  6. Spread and cut into desired shapes.
  7. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
  8. Remove and strain the excess oil. Let them cool.
