Langkah Memasak Momo Mughlai Paratha (Cabbage)
- Firstly prepare the dough, take a large bowl add wheat flour, salt and oil mix it well. After mixing add water and knead to a smooth dough and cover it. Now Prepare stuffing take a bowl add cabbage, onion ginger and green chilli mix it well..
- Now take Pan heat it up with oil and Cumin seeds saute well add all mix stuffing saute for 4 minutes and turn off the flame and keep aside from 10 minutes. Now make a thin roti spread salt, chilli powder and dry mango powder and place a ball size cabbage stuffing in the center and spread in a round now fold the roti in a triangle and cover all the corner roll slightly..
- Place the Paratha on a hot non-stick or iron tawa and cook for a minute flip it another side and brush the oil and flip again once or twice til both sides cook proper. Now serve with Raita, Momos Chutney..
