Bahan Membuat Atta Momos

  1. Prepare of For dough.
  2. Prepare of atta(wheat flour).
  3. Prepare of water.
  4. Prepare of Salt.
  5. Prepare of ajwain(carom seeds).
  6. It's of For stuffing.
  7. You need of oil.
  8. Prepare of carrot (chopped).
  9. You need of French beans (chopped).
  10. It's of cumin powder.
  11. Prepare of red chilli sauce.
  12. It's of soya sauce.
  13. Prepare of tomato ketchup.
  14. Prepare of garlic (crushed).
  15. Prepare of green chilli (chopped).
  16. It's of Salt.
  17. It's of sugar.

Langkah Memasak Atta Momos

  1. For dough : In a bowl combine wheat flour, ajwain and salt. Mix...well. Add water and knead a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside for half an hour..
  2. For stuffing : Steam Chopped carrot, chopped beans. Cover and steam till it become tender..
  3. Heat oil in Kadai. Crushed garlic. Saute it for few minutes. Add black pepper powder.
  4. Cumin powder, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato. Mix...well. Add little water. Cook till the vegetables become dry. Once it is done. Keep aside..
  5. For making momos : From dough take a small ball. Roll it like a small chapati. Keep the vegetables stuffing in the center. Close the edges perfectly. While steaming the stuffing should not come out..
  6. Brush the steam with oil. Place the momos in the steamer. Cover and cook till it is done. Check in between with fork. If the fork is clean it shows mom os is ready to serve.
  7. Hot...Hot...Mom os is Ready to Serve with tomato....ketchup....
