  1. Put maida and wheat flour in a kneading bowl and add salt, oil and soda. Mix it well and by using little water knead the dough and make it soft..

  9. For makeing chutney. Boil tomatoes and red chillies in a vessel until the tomatoes skin gets separated..
  10. Peel the tomatoes skin. Chopped the garlic. In a blending jar put chopped garlic, tomatoes, chillies,tomato sauce and salt. Blend it until it turns in a smooth sauce like paste..
  11. Momos and chutney are ready to serve..
