Bahan Membuat Vegetables momos

  1. It's of Cabbage.
  2. You need of Grated carrots.
  3. Prepare of Capsicum.
  4. It's of Salt.
  5. It's of Black pepper.
  6. You need of Oil.
  7. It's of Wheat flour.
  8. It's of Water for dough.
  9. It's of Cumin seeds.
  10. Prepare of Ginger garlic paste.
  11. It's of Tomato sauce.
  12. Prepare of Vinegar.
  13. It's of Green chilli sauce.
  14. You need of Soya sauce.
  15. Prepare of Sugar.

Langkah Memasak Vegetables momos

  1. Take a pan add oil heat it add cumin seed, ginger garlic paste onion, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, salt, black pepper, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, sugar fry it well enough. And cool it down..
  2. Take a container add wheat flour, salt oil mix it well add water as required & make a soft dough apply oil on it and keep it for 10 mins..
  3. Next step take a dough and make a paste/roll of dough and fill stuff close it well for all sides. Steam it in pressure cooker without whistle for 5 mins..
