- Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt and oil, knead a dough using spinach juice. Then rest for 15 minutes..

- Take knead dough and make same size ball and roll it. add stuffing in it and give a shape as you choice..
- Take the steamer plate and steam for 20 minutes..
- To make momos chutney : in a Boil water add 2 tomatoes, 3-5 garlic cloves and dried red chilli cook for 5 minutes, then add in mixture jar and make paste. take oil in a pan add paste and 2 tbsp of water and cook for 3 min..
- Serve a momos with chutney.
