Langkah Memasak Veg Fried Momos
- Combine the wheat flour, salt and baking powder in a deep bowl.
- Mix well and knead to a stiff dough with water. Keep aside covered with a samp cotton cloth..
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic and saute on a high flame..
- Add carrot, corn and cabbage and white sauce and saute for 2 minutes on high flame..
- Remove from the flame and add the soya sauce, salt, vinegar, oregano and black pepper and mix well and keep aside.
