Bahan Membuat Palak Rose Momos

  1. It's of Wheat flour.
  2. It's of brunch Palak leaves.
  3. It's of Little coriander.
  4. It's of Salt.
  5. You need of Jeera seeds.
  6. You need of coconut oil.
  7. It's of ginger garlic paste.
  8. You need of green chilli.
  9. Prepare of sugar.
  10. You need of Carrot.
  11. It's of beans.
  12. It's of sweet corn.
  13. Prepare of onion.
  14. It's of Curry leaves.
  15. It's of termeric powder.
  16. Prepare of mixed herbs.

Langkah Memasak Palak Rose Momos

  1. Grind spinach, coriander leaves, green chilli with little salt and water..
  2. Take the nicely grinded mixture in a bowl. Add required amount of wheat flour and ready the dough..
  3. Prepare a tempering using oil, jeera and curry leaves in a kadai or a pan..
  4. Add onion and little sugar to it and fry it..
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes away..
  6. Add corn, beans, carrot, salt and turmeric powder to it and mix them..
  7. Add mixed herbs or oregano into it and mix nicely..
  8. Off the stove and stuffing is ready..
  9. Make small balls out of the dough..
  10. Roll it and flaten it..
  11. Join these like shown in the picture..
  12. Stuff the mixture as shown..
  13. Fold it as shown..
  14. Roll it into rose shape..
  15. Place it on a idli cooker and cook for 15-20 minutes..
  16. Rose Momos is ready..
  17. Serve with sweet and spicy,green chutney..
