Bahan Membuat Palak Rose Momos
- It's of Wheat flour.
- It's of brunch Palak leaves.
- It's of Little coriander.
- It's of Salt.
- You need of Jeera seeds.
- You need of coconut oil.
- It's of ginger garlic paste.
- You need of green chilli.
- Prepare of sugar.
- You need of Carrot.
- It's of beans.
- It's of sweet corn.
- Prepare of onion.
- It's of Curry leaves.
- It's of termeric powder.
- Prepare of mixed herbs.
Langkah Memasak Palak Rose Momos
- Grind spinach, coriander leaves, green chilli with little salt and water..
- Take the nicely grinded mixture in a bowl. Add required amount of wheat flour and ready the dough..
- Prepare a tempering using oil, jeera and curry leaves in a kadai or a pan..
- Add onion and little sugar to it and fry it..
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes away..
- Add corn, beans, carrot, salt and turmeric powder to it and mix them..
- Add mixed herbs or oregano into it and mix nicely..
- Off the stove and stuffing is ready..
- Make small balls out of the dough..
- Roll it and flaten it..
- Join these like shown in the picture..
- Stuff the mixture as shown..
- Fold it as shown..
- Roll it into rose shape..
- Place it on a idli cooker and cook for 15-20 minutes..
- Rose Momos is ready..
- Serve with sweet and spicy,green chutney..
