Langkah Memasak Chilli Garlic Momos
- Take wheat flour, salt and oil mix it add little water and knead firm dough..
- In nonstick pan heat oil add ginger garlic and saute for 1 min, add chopped vegetables, increase the flame and stir fry veggies on a medium to high flameon 2-3minutes..
- Add salt,black pepper powder,soy sauce and paneer continue to stiron medium flame for 2-3min. switch off the flame..
- Take little dough balk on lightly dusted board roll each dough balk in circle of 3-4inch diameter..
- Place a spoonful of paneer mixture in center on shape into momos..
- Steam momos in steamer for 10 -15 min. when you touch the momos then dough fill non sticky it's means they are done..
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan add chopped ginger garlic and saute for min..
- Add tomato ketchup and mix well. add schezwan sauce amd mix. add soy sauce, 2 tbsp water mix and bring to a boil..
- Add salt and pepper powder mix well add coriander leaves and stir to mix. Add momos mix lightly and cook for 2-3min and serve hot..
