Bahan Membuat Paneer Momos

  1. It's of wheat flour.
  2. Prepare of sooji.
  3. You need of oil.
  4. It's of black pepper powder.
  5. Prepare of salt.
  6. It's of paneer.
  7. Prepare of green chillies.
  8. Prepare of ginger.
  9. It's of garlic cloves.
  10. It's of medium onion chopped.
  11. Prepare of medium tomatoes.
  12. It's of dry red chilles.
  13. It's of Fresh coriander leaves.
  14. You need of water.

Langkah Memasak Paneer Momos

  1. To knead the dough for momos, Take a bowl and mix the wheat flour, sooji and salt. Add 2 tsp oil. Mix well..
  2. Knead the dough by adding little water at a time. The dough should not be too soft or too hard. It should be medium hard. Cover it and Keep it aside for resting for 15-20 min..
  3. For the stuffing, take a bowl and add chopped onions, chopped green chilles, 1/2 ginger, and 6 chopped garlic. Season it with salt and black pepper. Now, add finely grated paneer. Mix well..
  4. Meanwhile, the dough is resting, let's quickly make the chutney..
  5. For chutney, take a vessel and boil deseeded dry red chillies and tomatoes. After it is boiled for around 10 mins, cool down the mixture. After it cools down, grind it in a mixer grinder..
  6. Now, heat a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil. Add chopped ginger and garlic. Cook until brown. Now, add the mix to it. Add in a tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp sugar. Cook until thick. Chutney is done. Now, it's momos time..
  7. Take small portions of dough and roll it round. Make sure it is thick from centre and thin from sides..
  8. With a fork, take generous stuffing and place it in the centre. Now, give it any shape as you like..
  9. Now, heat a large pan and add 2 tbsp oil. Place the momos in the pan and cook for 2 mins, until the base becomes little crispy..
  10. Once, you see brown colour on the base, add water to it. The water level should just be little above than base. Cover with lid and steam for 15 min..
  11. Your momos are now ready !! Serve with chutney and mayonise..
