  11. Prepare of cumin powder.
  12. You need of black pepper powder.
  13. Prepare of Salt.
  14. You need of Oil for greasing steamer pan.

Langkah Memasak Healthy veg suji, atta momos

  1. Take whole wheat flour, suji, salt and oil in a mixing bowl..
  2. Add water in parts mix and knead to a soft dough..
  3. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes..
  4. Take the chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl..
  5. Next add all the spices..
  6. Season with salt amd mix everything and keep aside..
  7. Grease the steamer pan very well with oil and keep aside..
  8. Divide the dough in a small sized balls..
  9. Roll each dough ball into a thin circle of about 4-5 inches in diameter..
  10. Places 2 tsp of stuffing in the center..
  11. Lift one side of the edge and start to pleat..
  12. Towards the end join the pleats in the center..
  13. Prepare all the Momo's this way and keep them covered under a moist cloth. Till you are ready to steam them..
  14. Place the Momo's in greased pan..
  15. Steam them for 10-12 minutes..
  16. Once done then serve the hot Momo's with tomato garlic chutney..
