Momos are the Tibetan version of dumplings or pot-stickers.
It's a pretty simple dish, but it can be made with an endless combination of ingredients.
Bahan Membuat Momos
- You need of wheat flour.
- Prepare of baking bowder.
- Prepare of for stuffing :-.
- It's of chopped carrots.
- You need of grated cabbage.
- It's of oil.
- Prepare of chopped onions.
- Prepare of chopped garlic.
- Prepare of soya sauce.
- You need of white sauce.
- It's of salt.
- It's of white vinegar.
- You need of sweet corn.
- Prepare of black pepper powder.
- Prepare of oregano.
- Prepare of oil for frying.
Langkah Memasak Momos
- Combine the wheat flour, salt and baking powder in a deep bowl..
- Mix well and knead to a stiff dough with water.keep aside covered with a samp cotton cloth..
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions,garlic and saute on high flame..
- Add carrot,corn and cabbage and white sauce and saute for 2 mint. on high flame..
- Remove from the flame and add the soya sauce,salt, vinegar,oregano and black pepper and mix well and keep aside..
- Now take small portion of dough and make a small round puri..
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the centre. bring edge together to cover the filling.twist to seal and feel the rest in the same way..
- Stream for about 10 min and there are 2 ways of serving..
- Either it can be served as streamed momos with ketchup..
- They can be fried in hot oil.this will give a different taste and appearance..
- Serve hot with hot and sweet momo sauce.
