  1. It's of besan/gram flour.
  2. Prepare of fresh Malai( cream).
  3. You need of sugar.
  4. Prepare of water.
  5. You need of ghee.
  6. It's of almonds chopped.

Langkah Memasak Besan ki burfi

  1. Take a bowl then add 2 cup besan and 1 cup malai. Make soft dough of it and rest for 20 min.
  2. After 20 min Take a kdai add 2 tbsp ghee then roast dough till powder..
  3. After take a pan add sugar and water make fine syrup..
  4. Then add powdered roasted besan roast again for 10 min..
  5. After grease a plate then set the burfi for 10 min in fridge. decorate with your own choice dry fruits..
  6. Cut in any shape.your besan burfi is ready. Enjoy..
