Bahan Membuat Kaju Gathiya Sabji

  1. It's 4 tbsp of oil.
  2. Prepare 3 of cloves.
  3. You need 1 of dry red chilli.
  4. It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  5. It's 2 of onion pureed.
  6. It's 3 of tomato pureed.
  7. It's 1 1/2 tbsp of garlic, chilli and ginger paste.
  8. You need as per taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of cumin and coriander powder.
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp of garam masala.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  13. It's 1 cup of gathiya, regular.
  14. It's 1/2 cup of cashew nuts ,roasted.
  15. Prepare as required of Water.

Langkah Memasak Kaju Gathiya Sabji

  1. Get the all main ingredients together..
  2. Now, heat heavy pan and heat oil and add cumin seeds, red chilli and cloves. Let it saute for a while, then add the onion puree and cook for 2 mins. Then add ginger, garlic and chilli paste. And cook until it turns light brown. Then add tomato puree and salt as required in tomato..
  3. Other side roast cashews till then tomato puree will get cooked nicely and release the oil..
  4. Then add all dry spices, salt and cook for a min. Then add water about 1 and half cup and let it simmer for 2-3 mins..
  5. Then add gathiya and simmer for a min. Late add roasted cashews and again simmer for 2-3 mins. (If it absorbs all water and dried out then add some water to adjust consistency).
  6. Now, serve with roti, salad, and onion and buttermilk. (After some time like 5-10 mins Gathiya will absorb water, so try to keep it in gravy form).
