Bahan Membuat Besan barfi

  1. It's of Gram flour.
  2. Prepare of Rava / semolina.
  3. It's of if required) Ghee.
  4. You need of Chopped dry fruits.
  5. Prepare of Powdered sugar.
  6. You need of Cardamom powder.

Langkah Memasak Besan barfi

  1. Add gram flour in a pan, roast it 10 o 15 min. Then add semolina and roast again for 5 - 10 min on medium heat.
  2. The add ghee 1 cup and mix it well.
  3. Add chopped dry fruits and mix it well.
  4. Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix it well and let cook on low flame.
  5. If the mixture is too dry add little ghee and mix itwell.
  6. Turn off the flame, pour the mixture in pan, let it set for 3-4 hours.
  7. Cut the burfi in the shape you like It is ready to serve.

Cook on medium flame until it becomes soft. Pour all the mixture on a greased plate and keep it for freezing. Besan barfi or Besan ki barfi is a barfi sweet from Northern India and Pakistan.
