- It's of Besan Gram Flour /.
- It's of Sugar powdered.
- It's of Ghee or 1/4 cups.
- Prepare of nuts Assorted.

Langkah Memasak Besan ladoo
- Take a microwave safe bowl.Add Ghee to it and keep it in microwave for 40 sec..
- Now add 2 cups of Besan and 1tsp sooji to melted ghee. Stirr well. Also add a pinch of salt. mix it well..
- Keep in microwave for 2 min on high power..
- Take it out and stirr it nicely. Now again cook it for 3 min stirring after every one min.Cook it for 1 min take it out stirr well and repeat it the same for other 2 min..
- Before last 1 min add crushes cashews to it and microwave it for 1 min.(wholetogether it takes only 5 mins).
- Now allow the mixture to cool.Once it is cooled add 1 cup of powdered sugar..
- Mix well and also add some caramom powder. Mix well with hand and start making small balls..
- Garnish with nuts..
