  1. It's of Chapli Kabab Masala.
  2. Prepare of whole coriander seeds.
  3. Prepare of whole cumin seeds.
  4. You need of dried red chillies.
  5. You need of black pepper powder.
  6. You need of Garam masala powder.
  7. You need of powdered dried pomegranate seeds.
  8. Prepare of aamchur(dry mango) powder.
  9. It's of Kabab.
  10. It's of boneless chicken minced.
  11. Prepare of onion finely chopped.
  12. Prepare of tomato finely chopped.
  13. You need of egg raw.
  14. You need of egg scrambled.
  15. Prepare of green chilli finely chopped.
  16. Prepare of coriander leaves finely chopped.
  17. Prepare of besan/gram flour.
  18. You need of ginger garlic paste.
  19. Prepare of Salt.
  20. Prepare of Tomato round slices.
  21. Prepare of refined oil.

Langkah Memasak Peshawari Chicken Chapli Kabab

  1. Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin and red chillies and grind them in a mixer.
  2. Mix the ground spices, pepper, pomegranate powder, amchur, garam masala to make the Kabab masala.
  3. Add salt, Kabab masala, scrambled egg, raw egg, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, besan and coriander leaves to the minced chicken and mix well..
  4. Keep the mix in the refrigerator for an hour. After one hour, Mix the chopped tomatoes lightly to the Kabab mix..
  5. Make patties and shallow fry in oil with tomato slices placed on top of the patties. Flip them and cook for 10 minutes..
  6. Serve hot with mint chutney!.
