Bahan Membuat Raw mango Kadhi(Aam Jhol)
- Prepare of Bengal gram flour (Besan).
- You need of Raw mango small size.
- It's of Oil.
- It's of Turmeric.
- Prepare of Dhania powder.
- It's of Mustard seeds.
- You need of Curry leaves.
- Prepare of Asfoetida.
- It's of Sugar.
- You need of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Curry powder.
- Prepare of Oil.
Langkah Memasak Raw mango Kadhi(Aam Jhol)
- Make a thick batter of besan and water..
- Chop raw mangoes in small pieces..
- Heat up oil in a wok and make small balls out of batter..
- Take 1 tbsp of besan add 1 glass of water.Mix well.
- In 1 tsp of heated oil add asfoetida and turmeric. Add chopped raw mango pieces.Cook them well..
- Now add the thin batter and stir continuously on slow flame till kadhi thickens..
- Add salt and. besan balls..
- Keep it covered and let it boil for 5 min..
- Prepare tempering by taking 1 tbsp of oil.Add mustard seeds,curry leaves,dhania powder and curry powder. Pour over kadhi..
- Add 1 tsp of sugar also..
- Serve hot with steamed rice and chapati..
