Bahan Membuat Palak chana daal

  1. Prepare of fresh and finely chopped palak.
  2. Prepare of chana daal (soaked in water for 1 hr).
  3. You need of big size finely chopped onion.
  4. It's of garlic cloves finely chopped.
  5. Prepare of " ginger finely chopped.
  6. You need of (or ginger garlic paste).
  7. You need of big size chopped tomato.
  8. Prepare of (Or tomato puree).
  9. Prepare of chopped green chilli.
  10. You need of Spices- 1 bay lead, 1 big black cardamom,.
  11. It's of heeng.
  12. Prepare of spn cumin seed.
  13. It's of turmeric powder.
  14. Prepare of spn red chilli powder.
  15. You need of spn coriender powder.
  16. It's of garam masala powder.
  17. Prepare of Salt as per the taste.
  18. It's of Cooking oil.
  19. Prepare of Butter or 2tb spn desi ghee.

Langkah Memasak Palak chana daal

  1. Take 3 cups of water and add chana daal in cooker. Add salt as per the taste and 1/2 tb spn turmeric paowder and boil it for 1/2 an hr (med flame)..
  2. Take out boiled chana daal in a bowl..
  3. In a pan take some cooking oil. In hot oil put black cardamom, bay leaf & 1 tb spn cumin seeds. Add chopped onion mix it well and add 1 pinch heeng and fry it till onion will b golden in color.(medium heat).
  4. Now add chopped ginger garlic & green chilli and fry it for 5 mins. (Medium heat).
  5. Now add chopped spinach and mix it well and cook it for 15 mins. (medium flame).
  6. Now add chopped tomato (or puree) & all the powder form spices & salt as per the taste and mix it well. Cover the pan & cook it for 5 mins..
  7. Add boiled chana daal and cook it for 5 mins..
  8. Add butter or 2tb spn desi ghee and mix it well and switch of the gas..
  9. Palak chana daal is ready to eat now..
