This easy chana dal makes a fabulous weekday meal.
Chana Dal are brown chickpeas that have been split and skinned/polished.
They have the same earthy nutty flavor profile as brown chickpeas(which are also called bengal gram, Kala chana in Hindi).
Bahan Membuat Udadh and chana mix dall
- It's 1 bowl of udadh and chana mix dall.
- Prepare 1 tbs of dessi ghee.
- It's 1 spoon of salt.
- It's 1/2 spoon of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 spoon of turmric powder.
- Prepare 1/4 spoon of garam masala.
- It's 1 of Onion chooped.
- It's 1 of tomato chooped.
- You need 4-5 of pieces garlic chooped.
- You need 2 glass of water.
Langkah Memasak Udadh and chana mix dall
- Firstly wash dall now take a cooker add dall,turmric powder,salt and water now cover the lid after 1 whistle low the flame boil it for 25 minutes.
- Now take a wok add ghee and heat it now add garlic fry it add onion fry it add tomato and red chilli powder mix well now add dall in it add garam masala and mix it.
- Dall is ready to serve. serve it with chappti or rice.
