Bahan Membuat Creamy Samp/ Umqushu

  1. Prepare of samp.
  2. You need of warm water to soak.
  3. It's of Rama margarine.
  4. It's of Cremora.
  5. Prepare of aromat.

Langkah Memasak Creamy Samp/ Umqushu

  1. As the samp is previously soaked over night, then pour it in a pot and slow cook. if you have a pressure cook it perfect on that pot..
  2. Now and then check it to see that is soft and need water again.
  3. If now its soft and the water are changing starting to be like samp in a sense of being thick..
  4. Then pour your Rama and stir to see that its mixed well..
  5. After few minutes the pour your Aromat and your Cremora then mixes well use you potatoe mash to mash it to be creamy and thick so as smooth. This dish is our traditional dish we enjoy it on wedding, funeral and family gathering its a soul food for South African mine its going to be enjoyed with lamb stew my mom is busy with it..
