- Mix curd and besan properly. Now add salt, jaggery and water to it. Keep it on gas and heat it..
- In a tempering pan take oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cloves and black pepper to it. When mustard seeds crackles add asafoetida, red chillies and curry leaves to the mixture..
- Add this tempering to the curd mixture..
- Boil this till the mixture becomes thick. Garnish with coriander leaves..
