- It's of ghee.
- Prepare of salt.
- You need of jaggery.
- It's of mustard seeds.
- Prepare of cumin seeds.
- You need of cloves.
- You need of cinnamon stick.
- You need of asafoetida.
- You need of green chilles slited.
- It's of finely chopped ginger.
- You need of curry leaves.
- It's of Coriander for garnish.

- Heat curd for while..
- Then add gram flour and blend it well. Add 2 cups of water..
- Turn on the flame on slow, add jaggery,salt, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Spare few curry leaves for tempering..
- Then heat ghee and prepare tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, clove,cinnamon, curry leaves and asafoetida..
- Then add this tempering into kadhi..
- Cook for few more minutes..
- Turn off the heat. Garnish with coriander. Can replace jaggery with sugar..
