Bahan Membuat Gujarati Kadhi

  1. It's of sour curd.
  2. It's of gram flour.
  3. It's of ghee.
  4. Prepare of salt.
  5. You need of jaggery.
  6. It's of mustard seeds.
  7. Prepare of cumin seeds.
  8. You need of cloves.
  9. You need of cinnamon stick.
  10. You need of asafoetida.
  11. You need of green chilles slited.
  12. It's of finely chopped ginger.
  13. You need of curry leaves.
  14. It's of Coriander for garnish.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Kadhi

  1. Heat curd for while..
  2. Then add gram flour and blend it well. Add 2 cups of water..
  3. Turn on the flame on slow, add jaggery,salt, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves. Spare few curry leaves for tempering..
  4. Then heat ghee and prepare tempering of mustard seeds, cumin seeds, clove,cinnamon, curry leaves and asafoetida..
  5. Then add this tempering into kadhi..
  6. Cook for few more minutes..
  7. Turn off the heat. Garnish with coriander. Can replace jaggery with sugar..
