Bahan Membuat Gujarati Lunch

  1. You need of Mohanthal, roti, spicy potato, Gujarati kadhi, aam ras, rice.
  2. You need of Buttermilk, onion, papad, achar.
  3. Prepare of Spicy potato (ingredients).
  4. Prepare of big potatoes.
  5. You need of chilli ginger garlic paste.
  6. You need of oil.
  7. You need of Salt.
  8. You need of turmeric powder.
  9. You need of coriander powder.
  10. You need of Kashmiri mirch powder.
  11. It's of curry leaves.
  12. Prepare of chopped coriander.
  13. It's of garam masala.
  14. Prepare of mustard seeds.
  15. It's of hing.
  16. It's of water.
  17. You need of Gujarati kadhi (ingredients).
  18. You need of curd.
  19. Prepare of water.
  20. You need of Salt.
  21. Prepare of besan.
  22. It's of Jaggery.
  23. It's of coriander powder.
  24. Prepare of mustard seeds.
  25. Prepare of cumin seeds.
  26. It's of chilli ginger paste.
  27. It's of chopped coriander.
  28. Prepare of curry leaves.
  29. You need of cloves, 1 piece tamal Patra, small piece of cinnamon.
  30. Prepare of dry red chilli.
  31. Prepare of dry methi.
  32. Prepare of hing.
  33. It's of desi ghee.
  34. Prepare of Roti (ingredients).
  35. It's of wheat flour.
  36. Prepare of water.
  37. You need of oil.
  38. You need of Ghee for spreading on roti.
  39. It's of Salt.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Lunch

  1. Spicy potato (recipe).
  2. Chop the potatoes and wash them.
  3. Now take oil in a cooker and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder then add potato.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Add salt and roast for 5 minutes.
  6. Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli ginger garlic paste. Mix it well.
  7. Add water mix it well and close the cooker and cook till 1 whishtle.
  8. Now add coriander and serve.
  9. Gujarati kadhi (recipe).
  10. Now take a bowl and add curd, besan. Mix it well with a whisk.
  11. Add salt and water and mix it well.
  12. Now take a pan and add ghee and when it is heated add mustard seeds, methi seeds, clove, cinnamon, chilli, curry leaves, hing, chilli ginger paste mix it well.
  13. Now add the mixture of curd and besan.
  14. Stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes and then add jaggery and coriander powder.
  15. Cook for 5 minutes and now add coriander and serve.
  16. Take a bowl and add wheat flour,water, salt and oil and make a soft dough.
  17. Now make rotis out of it.
  18. Now cook it on a tavi and spread ghee on it and serve.
