Bahan Membuat “Gujarati Kadhi” or “Gujarati Curry”
- You need of buttermilk.
- It's of jaggery.
- It's of besan.
- It's of green chilli ginger paste.
- You need of Salt.
- Prepare of tadka-.
- Prepare of Ghee.
- Prepare of cumin seeds.
- Prepare of curry leaves.
- It's of asafoetida.
- You need of cinnamon powder.
- It's of cloves.
Langkah Memasak “Gujarati Kadhi” or “Gujarati Curry”
- Take buttermilk in one pot and add salt to taste..
- Add besan, jaggery and green chilli ginger paste..
- Make smooth curry with hand grinder. Put this on gas and Give a boil first and then simmer for 5 minutes more or as required. Continue to stir in between to avoid lumps from getting formed..
- For tadka in a small pan, heat ghee. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add rest of the spices-cinnamon powder, cloves, curry leaves, broken red chilies and a pinch of asafoetida/hing. Fry for a minute. Add this tadka in kadhi pot..
- Garnish kadhi with chopped coriander and serve hot gujarati kadhi with rice, dal or phulka..
