- Mix the chickpeas and sorghum flour in a bowl. Now mix all the remaining ingredients. Now add water as needed and prepare the batter..
- Now take one patra. Clean with wet cloth. Chop Patra with the batter ones and take the smaller ones on it. And make roll.
- Now take the oil in a nonstick pan and put the roll in the pan and cover the pan. It requires 20-25 minutes to cook. Check after 5-10 minutes interval..
