- When the mixture thickens and it's non sticky to the kadaai turn off the stove..
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and level them equally on all sides. Refrigerate them for 3-4 hours..
- After 3 hrs, cut the mixture into desirable shapes as per your wish. Decorate the sweet with almonds. Tasty Lauhi Barfi is ready to serve..
