  2. Prepare of oil.
  3. You need of cumin seeds.
  4. Prepare of hing / asafoetida.
  5. Prepare of curry leaves.
  6. You need of green chilli, ginger, garlic paste.
  7. It's of chopped green chilli.
  8. You need of Salt.
  9. Prepare of haldi powder.
  10. Prepare of chopped Coriander.

Langkah Memasak Urad Dal (Gujarati Style)

  1. Clean, wash and soak the urad dal in enough water in a bowl for 30-minutes..
  2. Combine the urad dal and 1/2-cup water in a pressure cooker, cook for 5-whistles..
  3. Open the lid. Mix well..
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves saute for 1-minutes.
  5. Add green chilli, adrakh, garlic paste. saute for 2-minutes. add haldi powder saute for 1-minutes..
  6. Add urad dal, and salt, mix well. add chopped green chilli., add Coriander leaves. mix well..
  7. Serve hot with Rotla, gud, garlic chutney.
