- You need of curd mixture.
- You need of Curd.
- Prepare of gram flour.
- It's of water.
- It's of ginger chilli paste.
- It's of sugar.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati kadhi
- Mix all the ingredients for the curd mixture and keep it aside..
- For tampering: Heat a kadhai and put ghee in it..
- Then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds in it..
- When they crackle add rest of the ingredients in it except coriander leaves..
- After 1 minute add the curd mixture in it and allow it to boil in high flame for 5 minutes by continuously stirring it..
- Then cook it in low flame for 10 minutes and then add chopped coriander leaves in it and mix it well and now your Gujarati kadhi is ready to serve. Serve it with Basmati rice..
