  1. You need of curd.
  2. You need of Milk.
  3. You need of Cream(malai).
  4. Prepare of chia seeds.
  5. Prepare of tbsp.sugar.
  6. Prepare of Rose syrup.
  7. Prepare of Khus syrup.
  8. You need of tsp.fennel seeds syrup.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati Lassi

  1. Soak chiaseeds in water for 1/2hr..
  2. Churn milk cream and curd with sugar. Add rose syrup fennel seeds syrup and khus syrup with ice cubes churn again..
  3. Take a serving glass add chiaseeds and pour lassi. Delicious lassi is ready to serve. Garnish with rose petals and syrup..
