  1. Prepare of katori tur daal soaked..
  2. You need of green chillies.
  3. You need of curry leaves.
  4. Prepare of tblsp gur.
  5. Prepare of Salt.
  6. It's of Haldi.
  7. Prepare of Water.
  8. It's of tomatoes chopped.
  9. You need of Tempering :-.
  10. You need of rai.
  11. Prepare of jeera.
  12. It's of Heeng.
  13. Prepare of Cinnamon stick.
  14. Prepare of red chilli dry.
  15. You need of Dana methi.
  16. Prepare of Juice of half lemon.

Langkah Memasak Gujarati khatti meethi dal

  1. Add soaked dal in pressure cooker.. Add chopped green chili,salt,haldi,and water... Pressure cook for 3-4whistle...
  2. Let the steam release, blend dal with blender,, add chopped tomatoes, gur and let it boil for10minutes....
  3. Then prepare tempering... Heat oil in tadka pan.. Add rai jeera, cinnamon stick,red chill, curry leaves,... Once seeds crackle off the gas then add Heeng and red chilli powder... Add this tempering to dal....
  4. Let it boil for 5more minutes... Then it is ready to serve.....
